RD Rabbitry
Ranch sells only healthy, quality stock for show and breeding. We will not
and cannot guarantee winnings or show placement of rabbits sold as show quality. If
we sell a rabbit as show quality, it is our opinion that the rabbit exhibits the qualities and traits to be shown and that
it has no known disqualifications at the time of sale. We cannot guarantee
breeding stock will produce live litters. We will only sell breeding stock that
has produced live litters or stock we feel, if they are juniors, should produce live litters.
Buyer is responsible for looking over the rabbit before purchasing. Purchase
of rabbits indicates Buyer satisfaction. RD Rabbitry Ranch reserves the right to
cancel a sale at any time, for any reason. Prices on rabbits without a
Sale Pending are subject to change at any time.
We reserve all rights to change prices according to development, age, and breeding
abilities
Pending: Means there's agree has
been made to hold a rabbit. Rabbit is not considered SOLD until full payment
has been made.
Pick up of purchased rabbits must be made from the address of RD Rabbitry Ranch unless other arrangements have been made
in advance. If full payment and pick up of rabbit(s) is not made within two weeks, will
be forfeited and rabbits re-listed for sale.
RD Rabbitry
Ranch do not sell our rabbits till they reach the age of 8 weeks old
Once
the rabbit's leave our possession (as soon as you pick them up) we will not be held responsible for any types of accidents,
injuries, illnesses, or damage of any kind ... regardless to situation -- persons, animals, or property
RD Rabbitry
Ranch will not & do not ship any of our rabbits. It is the buyers responsibility to follow thru with
picking the rabbit's up at the specified location at the time/day/place it was originally agreed upon.
We
reserve the right to add to or change this policy as deemed necessary
All
sales are final and to be carried out as originally agreed upon at time of decision to buy.
Pet Quality
These
are rabbits we feel do not meet the standards for our breeding program. These
rabbits will only be sold as Pet Quality with no Pedigree. No
Exceptions
SORRY FOR ALL THE RULES BUT IT BECAME NECESSARY
TO HAVE THEM.
